Construction Cleaning

NR can cover all aspects of cleaning after the building work has taken place. We clean glass, floors, windows and frames kitchens and bathrooms. All items are cleaned and left in a pristine condition ready for handover from contractor to client. We are able to clean residential and small to medium commercial sites and welcome the opportunity to provide a quotation for specific tasks : ie Just the windows if the client has already made a provision for the interior clean.

As well as preparing showhouses for viewing we can also provide a weekly/monthly sparkle clean to keep the properties pristine. Fully insured and with all the relevant site cards you can be sure of a first class job with safety also a priority at all times.

Rental Properties

As a landlord you will be aware of the state some properties are left in after tenants have left. Occasionally properties are left in a terrible state with rubbish left lying around, carpets trashed, kitchens and bathrooms filthy. We offer the complete service and will give the property a complete clean and leave it fit for the market within a couple of days.

We will organise skips, advise of any damage and arrange for other tradesmen if required. Thankfully these are few and far between and usually when a tenant leaves a freshen up may be required and we can also accommodate this.
